About the Recipe

If your looking for a delicious smoothie to swap out for your breakfast you've found the perfect one. This delicious smoothie will provide you the fullness and energy you need to carry you through your morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt

  • 1 Apple (sliced)

  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon

Preparation


Step 1


Slice apple and place in blender.


Step 2


Measure out (or eyeball, if using a smaller device such as Nutri-bullet) yogurt, cinnamon, honey, and milk.


Step 3


Combine in blender, blend until consistency is smooth, add more milk/yogurt to adjust consistency.
