About the Recipe

Simple breakfast recipe for the people eating for fat loss. The lean turkey meat and egg white proteins make this the perfect before gym meal.


  • Tortilla's

  • Shredded Cheese

  • Ground Turkey Sausage

  • Egg whites


Step 1

Start by cooking turkey sausage in a medium pan. In a separate pan, start your egg whites--scrambling until finished.

Step 2

When eggs and Assemble burritos by placing tortilla on a wax paper, adding egg whites, shredded cheese and ground turkey. Wrap/roll burrito closed and wrap in wax paper for meal preps.

Step 3

When ready to eat, warm in increments of 1 minute. Optional: Add Green Chile or salsa to add some favor).
