Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to lexithelifecoach@gmail.com, and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, I’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier and either offer a refund or replacement if applicable.

Custom or Commissioned Work Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. I work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction before the final piece ships.

Processing Time All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer; details will be communicated via email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking and insurance included. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Local delivery or pickup may be available upon request.

Domestic Shipping I currently ship within the U.S. If you're located outside this area, please contact me directly for international options.

Packaging Each piece is carefully packaged using archival-safe materials to protect it during transit. I do my best to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Delays or Issues While I work with reliable carriers, I’m not responsible for delays due to postal service disruptions or customs processing. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can assist.
